Hello everyone, This is Kumon from enish.
Here’s an honest confession: when we set the sales target for the NFT sale at "2,000 units," we thought we were being bold and aiming high.
This was our first NFT sale after launch, and combining "in-app purchases + NFT sales revenue" (essentially Web2 + Web3 sales) was completely new territory for us. We had no idea how far this approach could take us.
As you all know, the results were overwhelming. Despite the issues on November 12, we managed to sell 600 units, and on November 19, all 1,400 units sold out in just about an hour. Then, this week’s additional unlimited sale, which we estimated might sell around 500–600 units, blew us away with over 1,500 orders (we’re still finalizing the numbers).
This entire series of sales has once again shown us just how passionate and enthusiastic you all are about Last Memories. Thank you so much for your incredible support!
From a tokenomics perspective, everything is well within the acceptable range, so rest assured. Please look forward to receiving your NFT DOLLs next week!
Now, let’s dive into the main course of this letter: the future plans for Arena Tournaments. We’ve finalized both the overall framework and the details for the upcoming tournament, and I’m excited to share them with you here.
For all the details, check out the full explanation below, but here’s a quick summary:
- Tournaments will run in 3-month cycles (one cycle = three 1-month phases).
- Each month will introduce unique, Arena-only effects.
We hope these monthly themes encourage you to explore and develop your DOLLs in new ways. We’ll start with simpler effects and, based on your feedback, continue to refine and expand them to make the experience even more fun!
Arena Tournament Renaming and New Schedule
Since the first official Arena Tournament held in August–September, we’ve been running Arena Seasons in a "Free Season" format while considering the future direction of the tournaments. Moving forward, we will officially rename it to "Battle Arena" and operate Arena Seasons on a three-month cycle.
Battle Arena Season Breakdown
Each Battle Arena season will last three months and include:
- Phase 1 (Month 1)
- Phase 2 (Month 2)
- Final Phase (Month 3)
The Final Phase will feature prize rewards (xGEEK), while Phases 1 and 2 will serve as preliminary rounds. Each phase will typically run for two weeks during the latter half of the month.
Some rank points earned in Phases 1 and 2 will carry over to the Final Phase, creating starting rank differences.
Details on how rank points will carry over to the Final Phase will be shared later.
Key Features by Phase
Prize Rewards
Phases 1 & 2: No rewards.
Final Phase: Rewards (xGEEK) available.
About Special Effects
Unique Effects Applied to Each Phase
Details on these special effects will be provided later.
Updated Schedule
The Battle Arena will now run Monday through Friday instead of the previous Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule.
This change allows participants to enjoy battles more frequently.
Introduction of Special Effects
- Arena battles will include unique Special Effects.
- These effects will vary, creating advantages or disadvantages based on the DOLLs, skills, elements, or types in play.
- Each phase—Phase 1, Phase 2, and the Final Phase—will feature its own set of distinct effects.
(Details about the effects will be announced two weeks before each phase starts.)
These Special Effects are designed to highlight different DOLLs and skills, uncover new strategies, and add excitement by encouraging creative Master DOLL builds.
Additional Updates
Weekly Rewards → Intermediate Rewards
Weekly rewards will now be distributed as Intermediate Rewards during scheduled periods for each phase. This is purely a timing change—reward content remains the same.
Shrine Placement Changes
Shrines will now appear in open areas instead of dead-end locations.
Battle Arena Phase 1 Guidelines
The revamped Battle Arena, featuring all the latest updates and changes, will officially kick off in December!
Event Schedule

Please note that Special Effect 2 is currently undergoing balance adjustments, so its effects may be subject to change.
For more information about rewards and event details, check the official announcement.
The first phase under the new rules highlights Water and Lightning magic DOLLs, with expanded attack ranges for these elements. Use the Special Effects strategically to maximize your battle advantage!
Starting with the next update, Private Matches will include the special effects planned for Phase 1. Feel free to use them for practice before the official season begins. We’re also working to finalize the balance adjustments for the first Battle Arena, aiming to complete them before Phase 1 starts.
Although there’s no update this week, we wanted to share this information early so you can start preparing.
If you have any feedback about the balance adjustments or arena schedule, please let us know. We’re committed to listening to your input and refining the arena experience to make it as enjoyable as possible.
We’d love to hear your feedback! While we can’t respond to every submission, we carefully review all
