Video and Image Posting Guidelines

enish, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") allows individuals to post videos and images of the Company's games (hereinafter referred to as "Company Games") on video streaming sites such as social media platforms (hereinafter referred to as "video streaming sites"), including live broadcasts (hereinafter referred to as "posting"), under the condition that they comply with the following guidelines (hereinafter referred to as "the Guidelines"). There is no need to contact the Company individually when posting in accordance with these Guidelines.

■ Scope of the Guidelines

These Guidelines apply to postings made by individuals on video streaming sites.

■ Company Games

Please refer to the separately listed distribution permission list. Additional titles will be added over time.
If the Company Games include intellectual property rights owned by third parties, you must obtain permission from the rights holders.

■ Eligible Videos and Images

Videos: Only videos of your own gameplay or commentary on your gameplay are allowed.
Images: Only images of your own gameplay accompanied by commentary or reviews are allowed.
Posts including characters, illustrations, music, or other content from works collaborating with Company Games are not eligible.

■ Eligible Video Streaming Sites

Only sites that have a music usage license agreement with NexTone Inc. or the Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers, and Publishers (JASRAC), such as YouTube and Nico Nico Douga, are eligible.

Sites restricted to users aged 18 or older, or sites deemed inappropriate by the Company, are excluded.
Please comply with the terms and guidelines of the video streaming sites where you post.

■ Prohibited Content

The following types of posts are prohibited. Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries about whether specific content violates these guidelines.

Posts that include areas of the game where photography is prohibited
Posts that include restricted content listed in the distribution permission list
Posts that consist solely of in-game movies or event stills
Posts based solely on in-game audio, BGM, or sound effects
Posts that violate laws or public order and morals
Posts that infringe on the privacy or defame the Company or third parties
Posts that alter or adapt the characters or story of the Company Games
Posts that use cheats, unauthorized access, illegal modifications, or other prohibited methods to play the Company Games
Posts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties
Posts that interfere with the proper provision or operation of the Company Games
Posts that the Company determines may fall under the above prohibitions
You may not use the Company's content for financial gain, except in the cases outlined below.

Monetization

Monetization through advertising on YouTube, Twitch's Partner Program, and other video-sharing platforms is allowed. However, monetization through features like super chat, super thanks, or subscription-based services that limit content to paid members is not permitted.

Copyright Claims and Request for Removal

If a video you upload to YouTube (or another platform) is restricted due to a copyright claim, you may submit a removal request by providing your name, URL, and video title using the following form:

The Company may take action, including content removal or legal action, against posts that violate these Guidelines without prior notice or explanation.
Secondary use of posted videos and images is strictly prohibited.
The Company does not guarantee anything related to your posts, except as stated in these Guidelines, and is not responsible for any disputes or damages related to your posts.
The Guidelines may be changed at the Company's discretion. If your posts violate the revised Guidelines, they may be removed.
The Company will not respond to individual inquiries about these Guidelines. Please understand.
