Hello to all of you who have been cheering Last Memories. This is Kumon from enish.
Following last week's AMA with OtakuLabs, we'd like to introduce our recent AMA with the game guild JGG. In this session, we explain the reasons behind the postponement of the official release date.

Since Last Memories is built as a mobile game, it is enjoyable enough without engaging with crypto assets. However, it is designed and enhanced in such a way that having crypto assets makes the gameplay even more enjoyable.
From this perspective, we aim to improve the quality of the game as much as possible while also making necessary preparations related to crypto assets to meet the release date. We would appreciate your understanding and support.
Now, since our last report was on Wednesday, July 17, there are few updates this week. However, we will provide you with an explanation of our development progress, so please take a look.
Bug Tickets
Report Summary
This week, the increase and decrease in bug tickets roughly balanced out, leaving the total number of tickets the same as last week. This is not because we processed fewer bugs, but because there were many new bugs due to the start of QA for event features that will begin a few days after the release. These are large-scale implementation items, and a certain number of bugs were inevitable.
We are managing the bugs for pre-release and post-release implementation items together. However, please be aware that many of the bugs related to post-release implementation items (depending on their impact) are excluded from the must-fix items for the release version.
Additionally, as mentioned in last week's AMA, we are preparing for the "Early Test Play" phase. Today, we have readjusted the priority settings for the tickets. Details will follow.
Bug Ticket Breakdown
Similar to last week, the rate at which we are fixing bugs is faster than our ability to verify those fixes, leading to a backlog. As a result, there is an increase in the number of tickets waiting for confirmation compared to untouched tickets. To improve overall quality, we are optimizing our workflow and focusing on high-priority items first to reduce the backlog of tickets awaiting confirmation.
Breakdown by Priority (only untouched tickets)
This week, the most significant changes were made in this area. We have greatly revised the priority criteria for SS and S tickets.
Priority Definitions:
SS: Items that must be resolved before the Early Test Play / Remaining: 34
S: Items that must be
resolved before the official release / Remaining: 33
That's all for this week's report.
We are currently preparing to release information about the Early Test Play and the 4th phase of the presale. Please look forward to it.
We welcome your feedback, comments, and messages of support!
