Lately, the weather has been unpredictable—one moment it feels warm, and the next, it's freezing again. The temperature swings have been quite extreme. When the wind picks up, it almost feels like spring is just around the corner. I hope you’ve all been doing well.
It has been a little while since we made the major decision to integrate Ronin Chain into Last Memories. Since this is a significant structural change, we are currently preparing an updated whitepaper. However, before that, I wanted to take some time to clearly break down and explain the Second Chain system—for both myself and for all of you.

In fact, the Ronin Chain integration and the NFT sale are closely connected. Because of this, I’d like to ask you to read through this letter carefully. Thank you for your continued support!
Second Chain Integration Update
Since our announcement on January 31, we have been working on refining the details of the Second Chain integration. Specifically, we have been focusing on level design and other key adjustments to ensure a seamless implementation.
Here are the latest updates:
Token Name Changes
We have renamed the tokens and the in-game premium currency.
The changes were made in response to feedback such as "Too many variations of GEEK are confusing" and "Avoid using green for the token." After much deliberation, we chose "LITHE" due to its strong connection with the game title. It also represents our aim to remain flexible (lithe) in our approach and decision-making.

NFT Upgrades
・Earn Level Increase
Random increase between +1 to +5 (Higher values are rarer).
・Upgrade Limits
oNFT: Upgradable up to 5 times.
rNFT: Upgradable up to 10 times.
・Special Rule for rNFTs (Newly Introduced)
Box Balance Increases on Upgrade
Increase Range: +10 to +15 (Under Adjustment)
Each number has an equal chance of being drawn.
NFT Minting
・Factors affecting the lottery for generated NFT types:

LITHE BOX Drop Mechanics
Unlike GEEK BOX, the LITHE BOX provides higher xLITHE rewards when dropped. The higher the Earn Level, the greater the expected xLITHE amount, and the higher chance of obtaining Silver or Gold Boxes.

While no major changes are planned, these values are still under adjustment. The final details will be published in the White Paper.
Investment, Returns, and Token Price Movements on the Ronin Chain
Understanding the mechanics of the system and deciding whether or not to invest can be a daunting task. In this section, I’d like to explain the economic structure I designed for the tokenomics—though I must admit, it turned out to be a bit complex.
After integrating with the Ronin chain, there will be two tokens, and the returns generated from NFTs on the Ronin chain will fluctuate depending on the price movements of these tokens. Here, I will summarize how these returns are linked to token price changes.
Maximizing rNFT Returns
To maximize returns from rNFTs, two key steps are required:
・Upgrade oNFTs before minting – Increasing the earnLv of an oNFT as much as possible (oNFT upgrade).
・Upgrade rNFTs after minting – Enhancing earnLv and BOX balance of rNFTs through rNFT upgrades.
From a structural perspective, performing upgrades increases the expected returns. Additionally, minting requires minting items, which are sold for either GEEK or LITHE.
Based on these conditions, the final return (profitability) when each token's price rises or falls is as follows. ※The acquisition cost of oNFTs is not taken into account.

The key takeaway is that the relationship between token price fluctuations and rNFT returns is inverse for each token.
For example, if the price of GEEK drops, rNFT returns increase, making GEEK more valuable. This creates an incentive to buy GEEK.
Even when LITHE declines in price, if GEEK remains affordable, rNFT demand increases. Since higher rNFT demand leads to more rNFT upgrades, players will need to purchase LITHE, stabilizing its price. At the same time, GEEK demand rises as well.
On the other hand, when LITHE rises in value, even with the same profitability rate, the total return amount increases. This incentivizes further investment, which in turn increases GEEK demand.
This interconnected system—where NFT investments span across both tokens—ensures stability and potential growth for both GEEK and LITHE.
NFT Sale Details

Balance Adjustment for Valentine Setsuna
We are aware that Valentine Setsuna’s unique skill currently has an overwhelming effect, making battles too one-sided. After internal discussions, we concluded that the skill should not affect characters in invulnerable states, such as immediately after revival or while under status immunity.
⚠ This adjustment will take effect after the Arena Final Season concludes due to the significant impact it may have.
As mentioned at the beginning of this letter, the relationship between the Ronin Chain integration and this NFT sale is critical. You’ll need materials to create rNFTs from oNFTs, so keep that in mind.
